Dental pain can be due to various causes. Most commonly it is caused due to an infection involving the tooth. To eliminate the pain it is important to eliminate the infection. Hi....Get an X-ray done for that tooth. It may either require a normal filling or an Root Canal Treatment(RCT). For temporary relief take Tab. Ketorol DT - 2 tablets at once dissolved in a cup of water.
