Hello, get your X-rays done. If the tooth cannot b treated then you have to go for extraction for it. you can replace the missing tooth with implants or removable prosthesis.implant treatment will cost you around Rs 15,000-40,000/- depending upon the dentist, the case and the locality of the clinic.

Dear Practo User, It is very difficult to comment without any X-RAY or clinical picture. But if you have consulted a dentist and he/she have suggested a treatment plan kindly go with that. For a second opinion x-ray or clinical examination is must. As far as the cost of treatment is concerned, it can vary from 1000 to 25000 per tooth depending upon the treatment modality you are going for. Removable denture are a cheaper option whereas implants are a bit expensive. You can also go for crowns and bridges depending upon the condition of teeth available.

Difficult to comment without x rays or without seeing the patient. Generally, if the tooth is having severe damage or is a wisdom tooth, RCT is not advisable. Then we have to only look to extract these teeth and replace
Next Steps
if you could send the xray pics of the concerned area

Hello, As you have not uploaded the x-rays,it is not possible to judge the condition of these teeth. You can consult an Endodontist and take a second opinion about RCT option for these teeth and then take a call. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

Hello sir. Greetings of the day. It is difficult to comment without x rays or without seeing the patient. If the tooth cannot be saved by doing a root canal treatment, there are various methods of replacing the missing teeth after they are extracted, such as implants, bridges or a removable partial denture.

Its difficult to comment without x ray. But if doctor said rct not possible tooth must be removed. And for replacement of tooth there are three options removable appliance fixed bridge which takes support from adjacent teeth and third one is implant. Cost of each is different with rpd costing minimal and implant being quiet expensive.
