Teeth pain
I am having shooting teeth pain for few seconds 3-4 times a day in upper right teeth next to tooth where root canal and filling was done year back. Is there a cavity or cavity filling required. Attaching xray. Plz suggest

X-ray provided is not clear and secondly peri apical region is not visible in X-ray, adjacent tooth of both side should be there to for proper diagnosis Pain may be due to RC treated tooth

The x ray attached is not clear. We need a clear x-ray of the rc treated tooth along with the adjacent tooth to locate the exact cause of the pain.

The pain can be due to the root canal treated teeth..sometimes the pain is referred..the adjacent teeth does not look to be the cause of sharp shooting pain.. U can consult me for this if you need more clarity on this..

Decayed adjacent teeth has to be filled or root canal treated based on pulp involvement of decay.you can consult through this for prescription of medication to relieve pain.
