Ma'am if the permanent teeth are erupting and milk teeth are still present then you have to extract the milk teeth , and swelling and bleeding from gums is due to lack of oral hygiene.

Hello mam, this a mixed dentition stage where some new teeth will be coming and some milk teeth will be falling. Need not to worry as teeth eruption varies in every kid. As you have taken an OPG that will give a clear picture if that teeth needs to be extracted or not depending on the position of that permanent teeth and its erupting status. If you see a permanent teeth coming and milk teeth is still present its better to get the teeth removed. Bleeding gums is usually due to lack of Oral hygiene. Help her in brushing her teeth and vist a pedodontist.
Next Steps
Visit a Pedodontist and the doctor will guide you what needs to be done.

At 9-11 years of age, mixed dentition period appeares in growth of kids in which milk teeth are replaced by permanent teeth. In this period of time a lot changes happen inside a kids mouth,as you have described here the teeth are falling in its normal time period and another 1-1.5 year is to be watched for. Also look for any oral habits such as thumb sucking and tongue thrusting in your kid which might result in malalignment of teeth.,Gum swelling is related to oral hygiene and also due to erruption of permanent teeth.
Next Steps
ask your dentist that if you need oral prophylaxis(teeth cleaning)or not
Health Tips
encourage your child to brush her teeth twice daily and watch out for oral habits as described above.

Hi..for age of 9..the eruption/exfoliation pattern is acceptable.. Don't worry much. There is some normal variation in the right and left side. Bleeding gums are generally because of improper hygiene. Need to teach her how to brush !

Hi. This appears to be a normal variation in eruption of teeth. Don't worry and wait for some time. If you have taken OPG then the dentist can check the amount of tooth root development and predict probable time of eruption of permanent teeth. If your daughter's milk teeth came in late then it is very likely that permanent teeth also come little late. Meanwhile maintain good oral health to avoid gum bleeding . Dr Swati Karkare. PEDODONTIST. Child smile care.
Next Steps
visit a Pedodontist to get better understanding of New teeth and ask for a  mouthwash for your daughter.
