Deep scaling would be the first line of treatment to treat gum disease. Soft tissue lasers can help in rebound growth and re attatcment. Implants can be good option to replace teeth which are removed due to chronic bone loss.

Hello, seem to have moderate to sever gum problem. Better to go for teeth cleaning and subgingival curratage. Dental implant is a very effective option to replace missing tooth or severely compromised tooth but for that proper diagnosis with diagnostic opg xray and through medical examination is required.

Hello.
Its my understanding the you have periodintitis which is a gum infection. since bone loss is always seen in gum infections. My suggestion is to first get a OPG scanning and also blood sugar examination to rule out diabetes. Then a decision can be taken if implants could be placed or otherwise.

Scaling and curettage will definitely help with the condition of your gums since you seem to have periodontitis which is a condition of bone loss causing the teeth to weaken and gums to swell. Implant is a good way for replacing missing teeth but for a complete treatment you will need an OPG and a thorough checkup.
