It's very common for females to have uti the symptoms vary . Some people get only burning sensation others might get increased frequency of urination with pain while passing urine or after passing it some may even get fever as well
But many times all u need is a course of antibiotics for it.

symptoms of urinary tract infection- fever with chills,
burning micturition, discomfort and pain while peeing, sudden urges to pee and foul smelling urine ,lower abdominal pain, weakness,loss of appetite etc.
