Swollen and cut in gums
I am facing this problem from 7 to 8 mnths...
One side of my gums over last tooth has been swollen and it is paining...I am not able to understand what it is and how will it be cured.
PS : Both side image are attached for comparison...right side is ok and problm is on left side.

And if u are as smoker best to quit now

Sir this problem is due to chronic cheek bite by ur wisdom teeth... Permanent solution is extraction of ur lower wisdom tooth...
But u r not ready for it u may get ur upper n lower teeth grinded within limits... It will also give u some relief...

Dologel CT, use clean mouth and finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on extracted teeth gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.

For now u can get enameloplasty both upper and lower teeth ,still if condition persits then removal is the only option
