Swelling on wrist seems like ganglin
Swelling on wrist since 5 to 6 months. Initially was smaller and then gradually becoming bigger. No pain but feeling uncomfortable to work with right  palm.

Most likely ganglion cyst Get USG of that area Get it removed if interfering with activity of daily living

Need to examine . It can be Ganglion most of the time but sometimes Lipoma too .

It's cyst kindly do the USG rt wrist then you can go for excision operation.
