Swelling on lip
Hello doc...my Son is of 5 year old ...he is undergone  RCT of Lower decideous first molar tooth ,dentist administered local anaesthesia  after that he got swelling on Lower lip but , after 2 days of treatment the swelling still persist And today I found little pus  like formation in his lip region .....as I'm attaching his lip  pic...plz hv a look And help me for this

It's traumatic lip bite injury.apply anesthetic gel and gargle with saline and betadine. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.

That doesn’t seems to be pus it is keratosis caused by self induced injury due to constant biting or chewing his Lower lip may be due to anaesthesia he don’t know he was biting so it might happened at that time so no need to worry it happens during healing. For the treatment and medication u can visit us .

Due to anesthesia, children feel numbness in lip and thus bite their lip. This looks like the same. Do visit local Pedodontist for treatment and physical evaluation.
