Swelling and on touching I can feel the pain of the gum .... as my wisdom tooth is erupting ... and no relieve since 5 days ... please can I get suggestions of home remedies

When the wisdom tooth erupting then removal is the only best option. Consult your dentist and get a X-ray done to check whether it will go surgical or not .and also take painkillers with antibiotic for 5 days.

There is always a problems arises when sometimes due to wisdom teeth eruption your gums or cheek is chewed because of that trauma and lining on gums, pain occurs.

so go to nearby clinic get ur teeth cleaned once and then use salt water for gargling, get an x-ray done to look upon the position of wisdom tooth... and if possible go for surgical extraction
Swelling is due to food lodgement and the eruption. Start with warm saline ( warm water and salt) rinses (3-4 times a day) , visit your dentist to get your tooth checked and see if the tooth is erupting in right direction.
Usually when wisdom tooth erupt this swelling occurs and it is called as pericoronitis. Home remedies I suggest will be do a salt water rinsing for couple of days but this won’t resolve ur problem. U might feel better doing this .
