Swelling in gums with bleeding
I am experiencing swelling in gums for than a week and bleeding is also there.
It is near 3-4 front tooth and causing discomfort.

It may be caused due to lack of proper brushing and cleaning of teeth as well as mouth. Hard brush may be the cause.

It's because of pyorrhoea, the disease of gums caused by formation of the hard deposits called tartar .
It requires professional cleaning by dentist.
