Swelling in gums and unbearable pain.
My mother's gums on the right side are swelling and due to this she is having so much pain. She is currently using dolo gel for 3 days but there is no effect. Tab.cefixime 200mg. - 1-1 Tab.zerodol sp - 1-1-1. And these are the tablets she is taking but pain only goes for some time after tablet but Due to lockdown no dentist is treating here in our city. Please suggest something. I am uploading the picture.

Please mention any medical history of disease. Do gum massage with allum powder and metrogyl DG gel. That'll soother region and relive from pain.

T cefixime 200, BD,for 1 week. T. Metrogyl 400, 2 times a day, after food.15 tablets. C.Rabium DSR, once empty stomach per day. Betadine Mouth wash once a day after food.for 10 days. Local application of dologel CT/gumex/CNBC, 4 times/day, 5 minutes and rinse.

Do not do Hot compression/balm/ointment application extra-orally on cheek region. Luke warm water salt gargle a few times per day, only if it's relieving the symptoms even partially. Soft diet.
