Since you are a hypertensive and on double antihypertensives make sure your serum creatinine and LFT are within normal limits. If normal, I would like to have some elaboration on your symptoms to come to a diagnosis and further management , for which you could consult with me.

Hi from the history it may be due to more strain over the ankle and might be any inflammatory arthiritis around ankle due to degenartive changes .
Kindly avoid heavy activities and avoid sitting on floor or squatting or standing for long time .
Next Steps
Keep the ankle elevated over pillow while sleeping or over a stool while sitting , use one creep bandage and apply from below to upwards .
Use ice pack or hot pack application .
In view of age take Tab Dolo 650mg / Daily thrice for 3-4days after food .
