Swelling near right upper wisdom teeth. Having throat irritation on right side only... Feels like something is stuck.. Are the two related? Suggested remedy please.

1. visit a local dentist to get it checked whether it's wisdom tooth or tonsils.
2. Start warm Saline Rinses and gargling ( 2-3 min, 5-6 times a day) for 10 days
