Supracal 2000 tablet post delivery
Hi doctor, I'm currently breastfeeding my one week old baby. I used to take Supracal 2000 tablet daily during pregnancy. Can I still continue the tablet ? Thank you

You need at least 1000 mg of calcium daily in breast feeding One glass of milk gives around 300 mg Take calcium for at least 6 months post delivery if your dietary calcium is inadequate Cheese , tofu , calcium fortified juices, yoghurt are dietary sources
