Hi doctor,
Shall I take multivitamin and zinc tablets during breastfeeding.. My baby is 7.months old. In my home everyone is taking these multivitamin and zinc tablets for covid prevention. Shall I take this now. Pls advice

Yes you can take Tablet Ascazin once a day for 3 months
Tablet Limcee three times a day for 3 months
Next Steps
Continue iron and calcium supplements as well
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month
