Hi doctor, I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and taking Eliocal Fort daily for calcium. However someone suggested me to start taking Supracal 2000 daily as vitamin D quantity more in it. Can you please suggest which one should I take ?

Daily Vit D requirement in pregnancy is around 2000IU...so if your current tablet has that much content... then  you need not change
