I am 14 weeks pregnant my doctor prescribed me calcium tablet but after taking it I got nausea and not able to eat food and drink water later on she changed my calcium tablet with chewable ones.. After taking them for several days after taking breakfast I suffered from vomiting and the things which I eat just comes out. Yesterday when I skip that tablet I didn't get nausea and vomiting issue. Is it compulsory to take calcium tablet because it is not suited me.
