Thank you for your query. Ma’am,just by taking supplements would not really fix your problem. At your age,I think you should aim to fix your lifestyle & eating habits along with some convenient physical activity too.Feeling lethargic at this age is very normal as it might be a pre-menopausal phase. So it’s very important to have an overview of your lifestyle & dietary habits.. Please contact for a detailed consultation.I provide online/whatsapp consultations throughout India & overseas too
Next Steps
Contact through phone or Practo profile

Hi Why you wanna go for a supplement. I always recommend take food as your first supplement and medicine. Try to fix your diet. Meet any expert for consultation and know what's wrong in your diet and what you need to include in your diet to become healthy. I work online globally so if wanna  have consultation with me then you can have a online or telephonic consultation also, visit is not compulsory. Always take care of your body as the it's the body in which you have to live in and do not put any extra supplements or medicines in your body.

Hi, Your ideal body weight as per your height is 58-62 kgs. Thus you need to pull down some weight. Follow a well balanced diet so that you do not need any supplements. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
