I am 14 week pregnant but unable to eat wheat chapati or parantha due to nausea.
I am eating suji roti .is it ok to eat suji roti or should I stop?

You can take Ragi roti,jawari roti makke ki roti also.
And one thing i will tell you ,
You can boil wheat dough in water for 2-3 min then you can make chapati.

Nausea is common symptom during early pregnancy. You should take frequent and small meal at every interval of 2-3 hours. Take citric food like kiwi/ mausami etc. Plenty of water and beverages will be good. Adequate amount of nutrients is required during this time. Better to take proper planned diet pattern.
It is ok to have suji in roti at times if sugar levels are not high. or suffering from gestational Diabetes.
