Nausea is common symptom during early pregnancy. You should take frequent and small meal at every interval of 2-3 hours. Take citric food like kiwi/ mausami etc. Plenty of water and beverages will be good. Adequate amount of nutrients is required during this time. Better to take proper planned diet pattern.

Next Steps

Health Tips
To avoid morning sickness and indigestion/heartburn : Morning sickness is a common complaint especially early in pregnancy. Each woman has a variety of ideas for controlling nausea. Try these suggestions and see what works for you: • Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Try to eat every four hours because you may feel sick when you are really hungry. • Avoid greasy or fried foods, as these take longer to digest. • Don’t lie down right after you eat. • Keep a snack like biscuits or rusk by your bed and eat a little if you wake up in the night or before you get up in the morning. • A glass of fluid may be equal in volume to a small meal, so avoid drinking large amounts of fluids with your meals • Avoid smoking, caffeine, chocolate, and alcohol

Hi, Taking all the nutrients in a balanced way is the key to good health. In pregnancy if you are not able to manage with wheat chapati, you may switch to Suji mix roti. But don't completely leave the wheat. Try taking in small portions. Your body is going to adjust.
