Hi there, Anger is an emotion, just like happiness and sadness. Anger sometimes becomes an automatic reaction to a number of different distressing thoughts . I can see the anger is stressing you out, now is the time to start dealing with it. Further , unpleasant emotional states can present when a number of past issues remain unresolved. I would suggest seeing a mental health professional, soon. Don't let treatable issues come in the way of your life.
Next Steps
Talk to a professional, psychiatrist or psychologist.
