I do not have a healthy diet lifestyle due to my night working hours wanted to check on any suggestions for a good multivitamin and is it advisable to take fish oil or Omega 3 fatty acids. If yes please suggest some good brands.

Instead of taking multi vitamin supplement,I would suggest,you take fresh n raw fruits n vegetables in each meal.Vitamins from supplements are not easily absorbed,so most of the time they are hardly of any help.
Also taking in variety of fruits n vegetables will help you to lose weight also .
Fish oil gives omega fatty acids which can be obtained from walnuts,flax seeds too.
Fibre rich diet will also help to keep your cholesterol levels in check.
