Sir, your condition can be improved through lifestyle modification. At this time no need to take medicines. Simple exercises, daily walk for 30 minutes or yoga will help you to normalise your cholesterol level. Internaly - avoid oily fried spicy non vegetarian bakery and dairy products. Have only home cooked meals. Have plenty of green leafy vegetables and include fruits in your diet. Drink luke warm water. Follow a strict diet schedule and sleep before 9.
