Some Lifestyle changes are important to normalise lipid profile.
At age 63 yr you have to skip dinner. Only take high protein vej breakfast at 8 am. Then at 1 pm take Lunch including Chapati sabji dal rice with salads. In the evening 1 cup milk without cream.
Walk 30 mins daily.
Do pranayam omkar etc for 15 mins.
In medicine
Triphala gugulu 3 tablets 2 times a day.
Aarogyavardhini 2 tablets 2 times a day with Luke warm water.
Do Basti panchkarma for 8 days.
