It's a normal as of now. Get a hbA1c done, if it's more than 7, then requires attention. Otherwise it's normal.

Fasting glucose level indicates impaired fasting glucose level ie pre diabetes where as post prandial glucose level is normal. To be certain do HBA1C .life style modification and diet modification -increase water intake, reduce carbohydrate, increase consuming fresh vegetables and salad and exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.

As of now, reports are ok,not putting you in the disease category. However, your fasting sugar is borderline so you must start lifestyle modifications with diet and exercise.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Reports are normal. If you're having any symptoms like increased thirst, weight gain, sweating plan for HbA1C test. Plan for regular walking and exercise.

According to your report that you are suffering from glucose intolerance . It’s not pre diabetic condition as You can know that from below value 1- Glucose Impairment as intolerance- when Glucose fasting - 100 -120 mg/dl and PP- 100-140 mg/dl HbA1c - 5.4 to 5.6 2- Pre Diabetic- Fasting - 120- 140 mg/dl PP- 140- 199 mg/dl and HbA1c- 5.7 to 6.9. 3- Diabetic- Fasting - 141- 199 mg /dl And PP- more than 200mg/dl And HbA1c- more than 6.9 . So you can decide that you are not pre diabetic but you have Glucose impairment as intolerance to glucose.
Next Steps
You should change your life style as Avoid sweet food and sugar from your diet And take less spicy and fatty food and do exercises regularly with yoga and meditation.
