Basically if ur a diabetic , u need to follow something called ( SMBG) - SELF MONITORING BLOOD GLUCOSE CHART.. this chart helps u to keep track of ur blood sugars on day to day basis .. check 2 post meal sugars every day for the next 7 days and make sure ur sugars are ok .. if any abnormalities pls do inform .. if ur not a diabetic , no major issues .. whenever u check ur sugars shud be normal range .. hba1c once in 3 months
