Hey !!!
I know back pain can be quiet disabling And I know what you might be going through. But, back pain can be solved by some measures.
I went through your MRI and as it is three years old it shows that there is a disc prolapse on L5 S1 level with sacralisation of S1 apparently.
However, we need to get a fresh MRI of lumbar spine done to look out for how much the condition has progress from the past 3 years .
Also, we need to do a thorough physical examination of the neural components, to look out for the extent of disease
Next Steps
MRI of LS spine with spinogram
Health Tips
Avoid forward Bending and lifting heavy weights.
Wear a lumbar brace.
