Suffering with Anxiety and panicdisorder
I am suffering with Anxiety and panic disorder since last 16 years and under the treatment of a psycheatrist who saved me 16 years ago from a severe state of Anxiety which developed due to wrong medication of a neurologist when I was under his treatment due to sleeping problem. My psycheatrist treated with me by various dozes of Paroxetine and Deveniz .Now recently during last one yr when I was transferred to a new station and faced tremendous stress due to pressure in duty and mainly extremely bad behaviour of one of my immediate boss. He does not like me at all and everytime pinching me, scolded me even my good work also. As a result of this my confidence level decreased, and my anxiety and panic disorder invreased considerabely. Now in every morning after waking up I felt severe anxiety and panic before going to duty. Doctor prescribed Pexep-40, Venla-XR-75 and 250, once daily, Betacap-Tr-40 twice and zapiz-0.25 on sos basis, but situation not improving. Now what I should do?
