Hello, It is important to be mindful of what you eat as certain foods aggravate the symptoms of IbS in a lot of cases. Try to avoid products like bread, biscuits, processed, packages foods, fried & fatty foods, at times people also have their symptoms triggered with lactose & gluten. It is also important to analyze the symptoms of your IBS to be able to guide you efficiently. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account the details required to help you better and efficiently.

Hello! IBS has several triggers such as milk, caffeine, wheat, spices, oily food, smoking, alcohol, stress and less sleep. Take 3 litres of water daily, add fresh fruits and raw vegetables, avoid foods which cause gastric upset and start regular physical activity.- this will also help to maintain sugar levels. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works.
Next Steps
Consult on practo for further advice.
