If the condition is so severe, you might have to get your wisdom teeth removed. Also, you need to brush properly and maintain good oral hygiene (great if you are already doing it).
Next Steps
See an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon if you have not already consulted one and get the problem sorted.
Health Tips
A full mouth x ray might be taken to assess the situation.

From your description it sounds like you may either have infection in the gums due to erupting wisdom teeth (pericoronitis) or a deep caries in one of your molars that is causing pus. Kindly consult a dentist who will determine the root cause of the problem.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist and get an X-ray or RVG done.
Health Tips
Do not try home remedies.

Your description matches the diagnosis that you have mentioned--- it seems that you have pericoronitis around impacted wisdom teeth. If the doctors that you have consulted till now have not been able to help you you can always search for an oral surgeon in your vicinity using Practo and visit them regarding this problem. An x-ray called OPG will be required to assess the condition of the tooth in the bone and extraction can be planned accordingly because that is the only permanent treatment. Regards.
