Multivitamins, B complex and Vitamin C are good for general Physical health as well as maintaining the integrity of oral tissues, but contrary to common belief, they have no role whatsoever in speeding up the healing process which occurs at its own pace. You can continue taking these but don't expect them to help in the healing. Any simple oral ulcers will Heal within 7 to 10 days unless complicated by secondary factors. Topical anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT can provide temporary symptomatic relief till that time. Try to maintain good oral hygiene as well as a good level of hydration. Regards
