My mother is suffering from severe abdominal pain. She was diagnosed with intestinal tuberculosis. When we consult doctor they started their Anti tuberculosis treatment for 6 months initially she improved a lot but she constantly complain about a mild pain in her abdomen but after her treatment was completed in 6 months. She became well to do but from past 5 days she's complaining same severe pain in her abdomen when she used to had earlier. Please guide me what should i do?

Once confirm diagnosis by CECT abdomen
It can be mis diagnosised IBD as TB is common
If TB Abdomen complications like stricture formation may cause intestinal obstruction
If inadequate dose/resistance to any drug also cause failure TB treatment failure.. extent treatment upto 9months
