I have high BP from last 2year .. taking telma 40 ... I am 28year old.. all the test are normal.. but some time I feel 180/110bp... Today I feel thee same.. please tell me solution and what should I do

Get a detailed investigation done...regarding the secondary cause of bp...as bp is not so comon at your age...increasing just medication dose wont be helpful ...unless correcting the cause ...

Telma is a good medicine but is not an adequate dose .
You need to first figure out why the Blood pressure is that high and need to carefully titrate the medications.
Pl meet the doctor for detailed consultation . Don’t ignore this as , high BP if uncontrolled has devastating consequences like stroke , heart , kidney problem, eye problems
