I have problem of thinking continuously.the thoughts are stuck in my mind and Iam not able to forget them.even after good sleep i wake up those thoughts are again coming.These thoughts are not going from mind.Why am in not able to forget thoughts.one particular thought always comes in mind .this thought never goes from mind
