Hi I have been trying to loose weight from a long but unable to loose below 80 kg I do yoga & exercises but still the situation remains the same. I unfortunately landed due to to this to have knee pain. I have done diet thru professional dietician but still no results. can any one help

Hello, do some regular physical activity of your choice to burn at least 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg every month start with slow pace and exercise in sitting and lying position.
Beside this cut down your calories from food by avoiding high fat,high carbs,high calorie foods and avoid carbs in dinner as well as restrict during the days also.
Keep proper hydration.
Sleep well to make yourself stressfree and help hormonal balance.
