He just overthink everything.he is not getting any way out from being stressed all the tym,whether it is relation or studies. he is so much tensed and stressed that his physical fitness is also affected.he gets exhausted easily. the long distance relationship,the fear of losing me, insecurities that have no base are killing him day by day.he is actually tensed so much that he even think about the future during the time in which we use to talk to each other. he is overworried abouth the future. Can you please help him???

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you and your partner are currently going through . It seems as if your partner has learned unhealthy conditioning through his past experiences which might be causing the insecurities , stress and negative thinking related to his future and you as well.
