Stress problem
I dont have much work pressure but still i will get stress for small simple reason i cant eat much (proper food) due to stress how to over come this...

Dear mam Feeling on the edge most of the time, difficulty in focusing, having physical symptoms like restlessness, palpitations, poor appetite and sleep cam all be symptoms of anxiety disorder. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management. Treatment of anxiety disorder consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. Your are suffering from Negative stress reaction ...over stress due your work load ....you have do stress management by do with planning your work in small steps n maintain diary for for to do list,do relaxation exercise,yoga,listening music ,take leave n rest  for overcome your stress,You have to learn problem solving skill try to work life balance.I am also online .Mann clinic ,Jaipur.
