I dont have much work pressure but still i will get stress for small simple reason i cant eat much (proper food) due to stress how to over come this...

Feeling on the edge most of the time, difficulty in focusing, having physical symptoms like restlessness, palpitations, poor appetite and sleep cam all be symptoms of anxiety disorder. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management. Treatment of anxiety disorder consists of medications as well as psychological therapy.
