Stress , Frustation
Some days , thoughts and feelings get dominated on my body like I feel my muscles ( left side ) are stretched or stiff or aching bcoz of extreme anger , frustation, dissapointment, and stressing over 1 or 2 particular thing. Is there a way to calm down body in such extreme situation and protect myself in long run. Habits to include in diet? Like chamomile tea?

You need to change your thought processes. That is the permanent solution. If you are unable to change your thought processes then the problem will increase and affect your well being in all spheres of life. You are expecting short cut solution. That won't be helpful. It seem to be anxiety disorder. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with homeopathic medication and counseling sessions effectively and without any side effects.

Hi... If the cause is more cognitive in nature, CBT is required. For muscle relaxation J-PMR will work well. But, if you want to get rid of this approach, undergo proper treatment.
