Whenever unwanted thoughts came into my mind , I cried badly, difficulty to sleep in night, and very next day severe headache and such headache continue to be 3-4 days , heaviness in eyes and sometimes blur , 24*7 something moving around into my head and too much. I feel like kill myself and finish up the things once for all

This headache can be well due to tension and stress Try to analyze the thoughts and if they are illogical try to modify the way u look at them. Consult a mental health professional and talk to them Consult me or any psychologist for same All the best

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

First of all stop the feeling of killing self. Your wish for life should always dominate your wish to die. Second het yourself evaluate fpr depression\ anxiety and so on. Then start your treatment with psychologist. Definitely things will change and u will alsp start feelinh good.
