Stress and sleep talking
Currently I am working and having a lot of stress,losing people in my life, having a tough time in keeping up relations with everyone around me, sleeptalking every night and just being stressed all the time, crying too. Could you give me some tips for the same.

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from depressive symptoms resulting in interpersonal issues. However more clarity is needed regarding your problem. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, energy levels and concentration at whatever you do would be more helpful to decide on the severity of your condition. Don't worry it is not your fault, it is the hormonal fluctuations in your body which is taking a toll on your mental health. Your personality traits need to be evaluated as well. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Hello Stress management is needed. Follow a routine though flexible and excercise regularly and take a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and omega fatty acids. Share your feelings with family and close friends as sharing helps a lot. Consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation.
