I'm stressed all the time. Especially during nights and morning, I can't look forward to the day. I just hate my job and still doing because I'm too scared to leave. I'm overthinking everything like what my boss and colleagues would say (I tried resigning a few months back and he convinced me to stay)
I'm thinking this is because of overwork, I can't focus on anything I'm doing. Whenever I try to read a book I keep reading without realising I was lost in between and I'm just losing interest in everything and everyone.
What should I do to make this better? I feel horrible. I struggle to wakeup since past few months, I was someone who could wake up easily around 5. How can I get my life back on track?

It's may be the impact of your work load. Just try to attend a counselling session explain your situation. After that you can get a clarity about that.
