Due to chewing of panmasala since last couple of years my teeths get internal and external deep strains I want to whitening my teeths suggest me best treatment.

First of all quit the habit otherwise no treatment would help you. Then you can go for professional scaling and polishing and bleaching ( if required) . But to maintain the good oral health you have to quit your habit

1st and foremost- quit the habit. If you continue chewing paan masala there's no use of getting the stains removed as it will come back immediately. 2nd- go for a dental cleaning. Following that, it can be assessed whether bleaching/ veneers etc are needed or not
