When I poop after sometime the color of water that is in the pot changes into orange yellow and the poop remains for like half an hour is that normal?

U might have indigestion .The floating of stool on pot is usually due to fat excess in diet so dietary changes to more fibrous diet like green vegetables and salads is preferred.
