Digestion and stool colour
How long does it take to beetroot juice to digest and one could pass it in the stool ...I just had a beetroot juice 1 hr before using the restroom while passing .. Last I had my meal yesterday night ... Didn't use the restroom today and on today  just drank a beet juice on 2:20 pm and had to use my restroom on 3:30 pm saw my stool colour change to slight dark reddish ...
