Dear , here with attached the scanned report where it is found 8 mm stone. And I don't have any Pain or symptoms , I came to know when I had my early master health check up , and I am not into any other medication

As per me you need surgery as it will not pass in urine and may obstruct urinary flow and can cause other complications as well.
