There are several Reasons which can lead to Renal Stone Formation : 1. Typical Diet which contains high Amount of green Vegetables and brewed tea- both of which are high in oxalates Oxalates : Oxalates from food is usually present in urine. The oxalate forms salt with calcium that has low solubility. Combined with mild chronic dehydration increases occurrence of Kidney Stones 2. Hot Climate which causes increased amount of perspiration and loss of body fluid in form of Sweat 3. Sedentary Lifestyle and less physical activity 4. Hereditary and Genetic predisposition 5. Excess of Vitamin C and Vitamin D causes formation of oxalates during digestion 6. Non food Calcium intake like Calcium Supplements 7. If the person is already suffering from Hyper-parathyroidism
Next Steps
1. Increase Hydration . Drinking Large amount of water reduces Kidney Stone Formation Upto 90%. . It reduces relative concentration of calcium in urine thus reduces crystal formation and kidney Stone Formation 2. Restrict Salt Intake . Salt causes excretion of larger amounts of calcium through urine . 3. Reduce Intake of Foods rich in Oxalates
Health Tips
4. Lemon and lemonade is good for Kidney Stone patients as Citrate in Lemon juice prevents Calcium Oxalate Stone Formation . 5. Avoid Packaged and processed Foods contain High Levels of Sodium , sugar and preservatives that increase Kidney Stone formation . 6. It is suggested to have High Calcium in Diet , it prevents kidney stone formation . But avoid Calcium Supplements . 7. Avoid refined foods like sugar , maida , bakery products , sugary drinks . 8. Avoid excessive consumption of Strong Tea and Coffee

Hello Drink plenty of water to reduce solute content of urine. Drink coconut water and kulith dal water. Restrict intake of green leafy vegetables, bajra, til seeds, almonds, amla, beet roots, soya beans and animal foods. 10 mm stone can be expelled out naturally by drinking lots of water. Ayurvedic treatment is recommended. Consult ayurvedacharya. Thanks
