Opinion:
Your symptoms of bloating, multiple bowel movements, and vomiting after eating white sauce pasta suggest a possible case of food intolerance, food poisoning, or a gastrointestinal upset.
Next steps:
1. **Hydration:** Drink plenty of fluids, such as water or oral rehydration solutions, to prevent dehydration.
2. **Rest:** Rest your stomach by avoiding solid foods for a few hours. Once you feel better, start with bland foods like toast, rice, or bananas.
3. **Medication:** You can take an over-the-counter antiemetic for nausea and vomiting if needed.
4. **Monitor Symptoms:** If symptoms persist or worsen, or if you develop a high fever, severe abdominal pain, or continuous vomiting, seek medical attention immediately.
Please book an appointment with me, online or offline, to discuss your symptoms in more detail and receive appropriate care. Your health and recovery are my priorities.
