It cam be generalized abdominal pain , try to manage with any antacid tablet / syrup . Avoid spicy / oily / junk food .Take soft balanced diet .
If it improves , good.
If not , so not take chance as you have , DM, HT, fatty liver , and GB polyp . Sugar in not under control . Then consult .
