Spotting after D&C
Had D&C on 10th august because of missed abortion, now its been 16 days since i am facing pms but on 13th had spotting but no full flow periods

One ultrasound can be done to confirm if the abortion was complete, after d and c sometimes the period can be delayed also.

Menses can be slow to resume if spotting persists please get an ultrasound to check for retained products of conception

If the process is complete you should not bleed Irregular bleeding or spotting could be indicative of incomplete abortion

Hi What was the weeks at which your missed abortion occurred? And post D and C did you get a ultrasound scan to look for completeness So try to get evaluated by clinical examination please

After d and c u may have irregular spotting U can take tab pause
