Spoting menses and implantation bleeding
What are the key signs to differentiate between menstrual bleed and implantation bleed. Though I am bleeding since morning and one pad is already filled. So is it periods or pregnency. And it is 34 day since 1st day of last period.

If ur periods r regular (once in a month), u will have implantation bleeding even before ur due date Somewhere around 21-25 days after ur last period Get urine pregnancy test done

Implantation bleed is very uncommon and it will be okay pinkish discharge or spotting not free flow soaking 1 pad. If u think periods are delayed and u are having any other symptoms then do a pregnancy test to be sure.
