Implantation bleeding
How can I differentiate implantation bleeding from my period? I wasn't supposed to start my period until next week but I observed some spotting last night and a bit more bleeding later on. Not sure if it is my period or if it is implantation bleeding. Please advise.

You will have to wait for two weeks to get a perfect answer. If you don't get your proper periods in the next two weeks then you should do a Urine pregnancy test after two weeks. If it is negative then whatever bleeding you saw yesterday was not implantation bleeding. And vice versa.

Check for the pregnancy, if it is positive then it was implantation bleeding and if it is negative then its your periods.
